Important information about 999 calls
The phone supplied with the Something Phone service requires power to function. If the phone is not powered for any reason, including a power outage or power cut, this phone cannot be used to call 999 and you will need to have another means to dial 999.

   Can I use my Siemens Something phone to connect to another telephone provider?
   The Siemens phone we provide is locked to our service and our service is designed to maintain call quality only when used with the something phone service.

   Can I set up another phone or device to make calls with the Something phone service?
   something phone is only available using the Siemens phone we supply and is designed to provide the best quality calls.

   Where can I see my invoices and payment history?
   Currently, only your call history is available on-line. Invoices and payment history will be provided upon request or in your record of monthly email or printed invoices.

   My Something phone Siemens handset indicates that a firmware update is available, what should I do?
   Upgrading the firmware will take several minutes so, if you are about to make a call, select “No” and make your call(s). The next day, you will same message on the phone asking if you want to upgrade the firmware - The firmware upgrade will take a few minutes so select “Yes” when you have a few minutes when the phone will not be used. After selecting “Yes”, you don’t need to do anything else as the phone will automatically download the firmware, install the upgrade and then restart.

   I accepted a firmware upgrade on my Something phone but then I found that I can’t make any calls, what should I do?
   During a firmware upgrade, if the phone appears to be offline or not working, please be patient as it may take a few minutes to finish the upgrade. If the firmware upgrade is interrupted, the phone may become un-useable for a short time but it will recover - Please leave the phone connected and undisturbed for 1 to 2 hours and it will start functioning properly again.
